Mrs. Stockwill is a trainee in the appraisal industry specializing in right of way appraisal. She assists with and produces right of way appraisals involving both fee and easement acquisitions including highways and public utility easements. Mrs. Stockwill has assisted with various real estate appraisal functions including sales research, property inspections, report writing, market studies and impact studies. Mrs. Stockwill assists with appraisal of all types of commercial, retail, industrial, residential, and agricultural properties.
